The inspiration behind Broken Road Associates is derived from Bill and Brittany German’s personal feelings and experiences while their daughter, Rilynn Nicole German, spent several days in a NICU. The emotional and physical touch a caregiver provides to a baby fighting to survive is insurmountable. Enhancing quality of life, not only to the babies being treated in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU) and Pediatric Intensive Care Units (PICU), but to support their caregivers during an extremely emotional, physical and mentally stressful time helps to improve a baby’s health and family structure. Broken Road Associates provides the babies and caregivers the support they need to make it through these trying times.
